Imke õuna-marjatee. Lõuna laevas on läbi. Kokk võtab pliidi kohal kuivavad õunaviilud ja segab need hajameelselt marjatee hulka. Punasesõstra-marmelaadi maitse toob silme ette  armsa näo. Kokk pole ammu kirjutanud, aga nüüd võtab ta siinsamas laua taga paberi ette ja alustab. Kallis Imke…

Kogus: 200g
Koostis: õunatükid, aroom, apelsinikoor, roheline Rooibos, raudürdi lehed, põldmuraka lehed, saialilleõied, punased sõstrad, vaarikad
Valmistamine: 6 g/250 ml või 9,6 g/400 ml lasta tõmmata 8-10 min 100°C kuumas vees
